Welcome to the website of the Redwood Estates Services Association, a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation. We are located eight miles south of Los Gatos, California, in the Santa Cruz Mountains. RESA serves a thriving community of approximately 374 homes, and administers the Pavilion at Redwood Estates, a beautiful event facility available for weddings, corporate events, meetings, and parties.

2009 road paving projects have been approved. Click Roadmap_2009.pdf to view a color-coded map showing the Redwood Estates paving projects that began in 1988. Each yearly approved road project after 2007 has a color code. The road projects for the 2009 Approved Annual Budget are highlighted in green. The road projects for 2010 and 2011 are forecasts only, based upon approval of the annual budget for those years, respectively.
